Who we are

Swinton Shopping Centre is owned by Swinton Shopping Centre Limited Partnership (a British Virgin Islands Limited Partnership No 473) and Swinton Property Limited (a British Virgin Islands Company No 1394449) (Landlord) acting by the Receivers; Chris Walker and Greg Judd of Avison Young (UK) Limited, Norfolk House, 7 Norfolk Street, Manchester M2 1DW.

The Site is operated Swinton Shopping Centre Limited Partnership and Swinton Property Limited.

This privacy policy (“Policy”) sets out what information Swinton Shopping Centre Limited Partnership and Swinton Property Limited collects from you, what we do with that information and with whom we share it.

We only use your personally identifiable information to respond to your enquiries and to provide you with information you have requested about Swinton Square. Information derived from cookies and Google analytics is used purely for statistical analysis and does not identify individuals.

Enquiry forms processed by this site are redirected to our centre management team at Avison Young to enable them to assist with your query. Your information will not be held by this website.
Right to stop or limit our processing of your data

You have the right to object to us processing your personal information if we are not entitled to use it any more, to have your information deleted if we are keeping it too long or have its processing restricted in certain circumstances. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us as set out below.

Getting Social

When using one of our websites you may be able to share information through social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. For example when you ‘like’, ‘share’ or review our Services. When doing this your personal information may be visible to the providers of those social networks and their other users. If you provide information to us via social media to claim a competition prize, this may be shared with our centre management team at Avison Young to enable you to collect your prize.
