This a free event and we are proudly supporting Kidscan, who are leading the way in Children’s Cancer Research. Please consider leaving a small donation when you visit.

Where is the grotto located?
In the main square between Costa and Asda.
Is there a cost to visit the grotto?
No, it’s free! However, we are asking for donations to our chosen charity Kidscan. Please consider donating if you can.
Is booking required?
Booking is not required. Entry will be based on a first come, first serve basis.
Are adults required with children?
Yes, children must be accompanied by adults at all times. Please note, we can only accommodate for 1 accompanying adults with every child.
What is the free gift?
The gifts are a surprise but they are Christmas themed and child friendly. Please let the grotto team know if you have any allergies before accepting the gift.
Do you need to inform the characters if you have a food allergy?
Yes, please inform a staff member if you or your child has food allergies.
Is the grotto wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the grotto is wheelchair accessible.
Will there be a professional photographer?
