Swinton Square Jungle Golf Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The prize draw is organised and operated by Swinton Square, hereinafter referred to as “the Promoter”.

2. The Prize

One winner will receive a backpack filled with jungle-themed crafts and goodies.

3. How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, participants must follow the entry instructions as outlined in the official competition announcement on Swinton Square’s Facebook post. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Swinton Square, Puccini’s, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected to the competition.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

5. Competition Period

• The prize draw opens on 15th August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 23rd August 2026.
• Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
• The winner will be contacted via direct message or email within 48 hours of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.
• The winner may have to provide valid proof of identity when claiming the prize.

7. Prize Redemption

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
• The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers.

8. Publicity & Data Protection

• By entering, participants agree to their name and/or image being used in promotional material related to the prize draw, including social media and website announcements.
• Any personal data provided will be handled in accordance with Swinton Square’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
• The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
