Greening Swinton Celebration Event

The nature based solutions are finally in Swinton Square.

The green roof, living wall and rain garden are now complete. Special thanks to St Peter’s Primary School year 5 children who helped to plant up the rain garden, it looks fabulous.

Swinton Square and Groundwork Greater Manchester would like to thank everyone for their valuable input and contributions to this exciting project and invite you all to Swinton Square to celebrate the project on Friday 15th July from 12.30pm – 3pm. We will be joined by Ceremonial Mayor, Councillor Ann-Marie Humphreys and Mayoress, Miss Emma Humphreys. Refreshments and cake provided too!
